ELEGANCE’s Project Management Office (PMO) practice leverages proven methodologies to manage projects and help clients develop and implement PMO policies, procedures and standards. ELEGANCE’s PMOs primary roles, internally and for clients, are to:
  • Enhance the quality of service delivery by defining and implementing quality standards, across the organization
  • Decrease project implementation risk, by defining project scope, developing a plan and ensuring that projects are executed according to plan
  • Provide project management assistance, including identifying and nurturing top-notch project managers (both in-house employees and contractors) with the required skill sets and experience
